I am a Clinical Psychologist specializing in couple therapy and individual therapy for those struggling with depression and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In my work, I offer comforting space to share the concerns that have been weighing you down and active collaboration to pursue the changes you need.
I am a husband and father, a second generation immigrant, a caregiver to family members who have struggled with mental health issues of their own, and someone who has struggled through suicidality, depression, and ADHD in my own youth. These identities inform my relationships with my clients, filled with empathy, compassion, and dad jokes.
I am also an Assistant Professor at the University of Rochester and a Clinical Research Investigator at the Department of Veterans Affairs Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention. My experiences ensure my clients with high quality care informed by years working in my specialties and constant effort to keep my approaches at the cutting edge.
